Quizzes and a Daily Post for Your Telegram Group

A group chat is more fun when there is something to do together. Your Agent One assistant can run a quiz for the whole group in seconds — using Telegram's own quiz polls — and, if you want, drop one short post a day to keep the group on track.

Quizzes With Real Telegram Quiz Polls

Ask your assistant for a quiz and it does not just type questions into the chat. It sends native Telegram quiz polls: tap an answer, see right away whether it was correct, and read a short explanation.

  • A quiz has 3 to 10 questions.
  • Everyone in the group can answer.
  • In a group the polls are not anonymous, so everyone sees who answered.
  • After the last question, a short score shows how everyone did.

The questions can come from almost anywhere:

  • a topic you name — "quiz us on 90s music"
  • notes you paste — "make a quiz from these notes"
  • what the group has been talking about
  • a photo you share, like a page from a textbook

How to Start a Quiz

Step 1

Add your assistant to the group if it isn't there yet. Our group setup guide walks you through it.

Step 2

Mention your assistant by name or reply to one of its messages, and ask: "quiz us on world capitals, 5 questions".

Step 3

Answer the polls. Once someone answers the last question, a short score appears in the chat.

Quizzes work in private chats too — there the polls stay anonymous, because it is just you. Native quiz polls are a Telegram feature, so this is Telegram only.

Open @AgentOne01Bot — add it to your group and ask for a quiz.

The Daily Post

The daily post is a quieter feature. Once a day, at a time you pick, your assistant posts in the group:

  • what is due today — the group's reminders and open to-dos, and
  • one light line in your assistant's own voice.

It is off until you turn it on. Only the group's owner can change it.

Step 1

Open the mini app. In the group, type /settings and open Agent One from the button.

Step 2

Pick the group and find the Daily post section.

Step 3

Turn it on and choose a time in the group's time zone. Then choose what happens on a day with nothing due: Skip the post (the default) or Still send a light line.

If nobody replies in the group for 7 days in a row, the daily post pauses itself. Turn it back on in the same place to resume.

On the Free plan the daily post works in one group. Personal allows it in up to 5 groups. If a group is outside your plan, the mini app tells you.

Just Ask for a Game

You don't need a special command for everything. Your assistant is a conversation partner, so you can also simply ask it for a riddle, a word game or a "would you rather" round when the chat needs a spark.
